Journaling

Journaling has become a common suggestion when faced with a life decision.  I love journaling as it not only provides a way to release your thoughts and feelings but it also encourages creativity and much more.

KG Wellness & Yoga is now opening up its first course in journaling.   We cannot chart our future without knowing where we have been and what our motives and needs are.  The are no rules to journaling, you can write about whatever is on your mind.  When you look back upon the writing you can often see things you were not aware of such as discovering a passion you took for granted or identifying what it is that has been making you feel ill.

Please keep your eyes peeled for the release of this new program that will take place online.  We will use facebook as our platform for live videos and discussion.

Please send an email to Kerry.glasier@gmail.com if you would like to be part of this journey.  A donation of $10.00 or more is the cost.  This money will be going towards future programs and will allow me to offer scholarships as well as keep costs low.  The classes I am offering should reach all people to allow then to have true control over their life, mind and body.
